Accepted authors need to complete their Early-bird registrations by the deadline of April 8, 2009.
When the final camera-ready manuscripts are not submitted by the deadline, the accepted papers will be not published in ISCE2009 official proceedings.
When any author doesn't make the Early-bird registration by the deadline, the accepted papers will be not published in the official proceedings, too.
