On 19th May, Tokyo Denki University managing committee has ordered to voluntarily refrain from visiting the areas where the New Type Influenza Patient has found until the next order to change the situation.
According to this order, as the General Director of Multimedia Resource and Library, Prof. Yasuda has ordered to his people not to visit the areas and then has stopped any visit of himself.
Prof. Yasuda is very sorry for this situation and ask your understanding.
ISCE2009 TPC understands the reason preventing his attendance, and also respects his decision.
